We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or the service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Section 5 – Products

Our products are available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer. All descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice.

DreamMiles pillows are comfort products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any health condition. If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, always follow your doctor's advice about sleep and rest positions. When using the pillow in a vehicle, use it only as a passenger and always wear your seat belt directly against your body, never over the pillow. Never use it while driving.

Section 6 – Orders and Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email or billing address provided. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

Section 7 – Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Section 8 – Returns and Return Shipping Costs

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

Returns for any reason (change of mind): if you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective, for any reason, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will refund 100% of the product's purchase price to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products: if your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover all associated costs. Contact us at ecommerce24.lca@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send you a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

To start any return, contact us at ecommerce24.lca@gmail.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Our site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and we encourage you to review their terms and policies before using them.
